Vocational Outreach allows for individual supports for vocational and day programs. The St. Paul Abilities Network staffs and monitors the programs.

Individualized funding must be applied for through and be approved by the Persons with Developmental Disabilities Consultation Unit. Vocational Outreach is also available for adolescents with disabilities through a combination of supports from the school division, the agency, and Children's Services. Hours of operation for the Vocational Outreach Program are dependent on the individual's schedule, needs and funding structure. The referral source could include any of the following:

• Guardian
• Persons with Developmental Disabilities Consultation Unit
• Other community agency
